I am an experienced acupuncturist working in Hertfordshire (Harpenden &
St Albans) and the City of London. I take pride in providing the highest standards of professional care and compassion, ensuring that every patient feels heard and supported.

As a member of the British Acupuncture Council and the Acupuncture Childbirth Team in London, I specialize in supporting women through fertility challenges, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause. I have also completed postgraduate training in obstetrics, fertility, oncology, and adolescent mental health.

I enjoy seeing patients for a wide variety of issues, both physical and emotional, and value the opportunity to help individuals improve their overall well-being.

My journey into acupuncture began after personally experiencing the benefits of Five Element acupuncture. I am passionate about holistic healing and love witnessing the profound transformations that acupuncture brings to my patients

ABOUT ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture encourages physical and emotional wellbeing by restoring balance in mind and body, and can be used to support the treatment of many conditions including fertility issues, pregnancy & birth, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain, as well as supporting many long term health conditions.
FERTILITY & PREGNANCY
By stimulating the body's natural healing responses, acupuncture can be very effective in creating optimum conditions for the body to conceive naturally, as well as being an effective treatment to use alongside assisted reproduction methods such as IVF, ICSI and IUI.
ACUPUNCTURE FOR WELLBEING
Acupuncture is a fantastic system of medicine to restore balance and encourage feelings of wellbeing. Ideally it used to keep the body, mind and spirit well, rather than being used only when there is an obvious imbalance.
ACUPUNCTURE FOR PAIN
Persistent or chronic pain is widespread and can either be unexplained, or occur as a result of conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, migraine, fibromyalgia, neuropathic pain (e.g. sciatica), chronic overuse conditions (e.g. tendonitis & RSI), IBS, and many more. The physical discomfort and ongoing pain can also lead to depression or anxiety amongst sufferers.
